Arranging Travel

You are responsible for making your own travel arrangements to and from Georgia. This means scheduling your travel in order to arrive at Batumi Airport (BUS) on Saturday, June 1, 2024,  and depart from the hotel in Tbilisi on July 29, 2024.

Notice that you arrive at Batumi but depart from Tbilisi.

The most convenient flight from NYC is by Turkish Airlines – with a stopover in Istanbul. When arranging your travel, ensure that your local arrival date (Saturday, June 1, 2024) is correct. This means that the date you board your flight might be different from the date you arrive in Georgia (i.e., you will depart the U.S. on Friday, May 31, 2024, in order to arrive in Batumi on Saturday, June 1, 2024).
